Optics Valley Cambridge International High School is a school opened by Ulink Education Group in Wuhan. It is an A-Level school certified by the Cambridge University International Assessment Department. It started operations in 2014 and currently has 270 students. Since 2016, there have been nearly 30 graduates for three sessions. Position 1: Bilingual teacher (physics, computer science, economics, biology, chemistry, mathematics, English)

Those with no relevant course teaching experience can be used as teacher trainees, prospective graduates are welcome to come to full-time internship

Job Responsibilities:

  1. According to the IGCSE/A-Level syllabus of Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, use English for lesson preparation and teaching, write teaching plans and lesson plans;
  2. Carefully arrange and correct the homework, fill in the mid-term and final-term study report, arrange the test according to the teaching needs and record the test results;
  3. Communicate with parents in time and give feedback on student’s school situation;
  4. Do a good job in student management and create a good class style;
  5. Provide guidance to students in a targeted manner and answer questions in a timely manner;
  6. Able to undertake the work of class teacher; other tasks arranged by the school.

Job requirements:

  1. Full-time, master’s degree or above in related majors, with overseas study experience preferred;
  2. Possess relevant teacher qualification certificate;
  3. Strong expression skills in Chinese and English, Mandarin and English pronunciation standards; can use all English to teach; can communicate in English with foreign teachers without barriers, including lesson preparation, discussion, etc.;

Position 2: Human Resources Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Publish recruitment information, screen candidates’ information, and organize interviews for candidates;
  2. Document processing and logistic support for foreign employees;
  3. Various personnel procedures such as employee entry and exit and employee file maintenance and update;
  4. Execution, supervision and implementation of various personnel systems and assistance in employee relationship handling;
  5. Social security, provident fund and other benefits;
  6. Staff training organization and logistical support work;
  7. Planning and implementation of projects and activities related to corporate culture construction;

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. Standard Mandarin, strong sense of responsibility

Position 3: guidance for further education

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Familiar with the application procedures and requirements of universities in major countries; in-depth study and understanding of professional information, university rankings, admission requirements and application procedures of specific schools, mastering various knowledge related to overseas study business, especially universities in the United Kingdom and the United States Apply for knowledge;
  2. Position 4: Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in formulating the school’s marketing strategy and marketing plan to improve the school’s brand awareness and industry influence;
  2. Assist in organizing, planning and implementing the school’s brand promotion and publicity activities, and submit publicity plans and evaluation reports for activities and media;
  3. Organize the design and production of publicity materials;
  4. Understand competitors and regularly conduct market information analysis of competitors;
  5. Investigation and research on the psychology and behavior of school guest groups and potential guest groups;
  6. Manage the school’s online and offline marketing channels and assist in the maintenance of new media platforms;
  7. Assist in completing student invitations, on-site reception, telephone return visits, and organization and implementation of entrance examinations to promote the achievement of admissions goals;

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably with MBA/study experience
  2. More than 2 years of marketing experience, working experience in marketing, brand building, public relations in the education/study industry is preferred
  3. Able to perceive industry market dynamics and market direction, deeply grasp market demand, and possess excellent strategic creativity
  4. Familiar with all kinds of media, understand media operation process, familiar with market communication channels, good at digging and integrating media resources

Position 5: Admissions consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and organize various enrollment and admission activities, including on-campus enrollment briefings and off-campus activities such as education exhibitions;
  2. Establish and maintain a good enrollment relationship with potential parents, students, and other institutions that may bring targeted student sources (such as junior high schools, training institutions, etc.);

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Procedures for student admission and withdrawal
  2. Student dormitory behavior management to promote students to develop good behavior habits, lifestyle habits and abilities
    • Check the accommodation once a day in the morning and evening, to grasp the students’ daily life and dormitory discipline compliance, check, record and educate students’ bad life, behavior habits, dormitory violations, and dormitory performance not up to the standard, and report to the school for those who have not changed repeatedly Relevant departments to deal with;
